Fairy Pool at Wainui Falls

This painting is based on a photo I took on a hike along the Wainui Track in New Zealand. It was a magical hike- it poured rain and was very misty and someone had built a little fairy circle of stones and placed seashell windchimes in the the trees on a river bank along the track.
