Inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains where I grew up. This place is what really sparked my curiosity in and love for nature. As a child, I spent countless hours wandering the wooded acres near my childhood home, mapping out trails, collecting bugs, and picking bits of plants to make “flower soup.” I didn’t fully appreciate the verdant beauty and diversity of the Appalachian ecosystem when I was younger. It wasn’t until I returned home after spending some time living and traveling abroad that it hit me just how magical that little corner of the world I call home is.
